The Peripheries Videos

I have collected some videos (from Youtube) that can be viewed to demonstrate a variety of exercises, yoga poses and stretches.  Some are very quick (about 1 minute long), and some are a series and a bit longer (15-20 minutes long).  Please have a look around, and see what might work for you, and how you might integrate some stretches or exercises into your daily or weekly wellness planning.

Remember to STOP if you have PAIN - take it easy, stay hydrated, and ENJOY YOURSELF!

If you work at a desk or with your hands in any capacity - such as a musician or carpenter - it's important to keep your hands and wrists limber to maintain optimal health. This class is great for improving flexibility, range of motion and blood flow in the hands and wrists. ​

Exercises for Wrists and Hands

Hand arthritis is pretty common, and it can be very debilitating. Since the joints in the hand are small, you don’t have to do much to relieve the pain, you just have to keep them moving. These stretches and exercises should help your hand arthritis feel better.
