COURSES FOR RMTs - a learning continuum

What is a learning continuum you might ask?
A continuum is something that keeps on going, changing slowly over time. A 'learning continuum' embraces the concept of always learning. Exploring anatomy, pathologies, techniques and even self-care, offers a space to better understand yourself and your body, the challenges that you experience in daily life, and ways of taking care of your body, mind and spirit* as a valued RMT.

Anne has developed these learning opportunities to engage therapists in a safe and relaxed environment, focusing on treatments of specific areas of the human body in the RMT Courses; ~ and on stress, trauma awareness and balance in the Happy + Healthy RMT Series.

Courses @ Wortley differ from traditional classroom style courses in an open yet intimate and small group setting. Class size is limited to 6 practitioners, allowing for more one-on-one learning opportunities, and collaborating with colleagues and classmates.

Hosting a Course at your own space is also an option. If you have a group of RMTs interested in taking a course at your clinic or space, contact Anne to arrange the details and make that happen!

ATTEND A COURSE   |  HOST A COURSE
Anne has developed these workshops and learning opportunities specifically to offer a new view to treating structures in an area of the human body.  to engage people in a safe and relaxed environment, focusing on treatment, techniques and care of specific areas of the human body.

Each workshop explores the anatomy of the specific area of focus; common aches, pains and complaints; guides you through accessing and propping the structures, soft tissue techniques; and offers ideas for client home-care.

These are safe, informal and interactive classes. Courses @ Wortley have a maximum of 6 students. This offers more table time, one-on-one instruction, and promotes an intimate setting for learning.

I look forward to learning together with you!

EXPLORING EFFECTIVE SELF-CARE
creating awareness & balance
Are you organizing a wellness gathering or event with a Self-Care focus?

Anne has developed the Happy + Healthy self-care series of workshops, which provide learning opportunities to engage people in a safe and relaxed exploration of healing and self-care for the body, mind and spirit.

Each workshop of the series may be tailored to the needs and unique focus of the event and the participants. If the entire series doesn't suit the event, a portion (one or more workshops) may be presented to highlight an area of self-care interest. Anne encourages collaboratively assessing the needs of the group with the organizer in order to deliver the most effective experience for each participant.

Consider incorporating this unique approach to self-care discovery at your next wellness gathering or retreat.
