relaxation • restoration • lymphatic wellness

These treatments offer a different approach to massage therapy - one centred on slowing down, encouraging relaxation, supporting circulation and lymphatic movement, and creating an opportunity for the nervous system to settle.

Using gentle, rhythmic and flowing massage techniques, each treatment is designed to encourage a deeply relaxed, parasympathetic state. Essential oils are thoughtfully incorporated throughout, either as a supportive element of the massage or, in Raindrop Therapy, as the central focus of the treatment.

These are not traditional massage therapy treatments and are not intended for focused treatment of musculoskeletal concerns such as back pain, shoulder or neck pain, or for those seeking deep tissue massage. Instead, they offer a whole-body approach to relaxation and well-being, informed by my work with the lymphatic system and clinical aromatherapy.

Choose the experience that best suits what your body needs today.
All of my services fall under the scope of practice of a Registered Massage Therapy, and are billed in this way for tax and insurance receipt purposes.

Lymphatic Informed Full Body Massage
Gentle  •  Flowing  •  Whole Body

A gentle, flowing full-body massage designed for deep relaxation while encouraging healthy circulation and lymphatic movement.

This treatment brings together rhythmic massage, lymphatic-informed techniques and essential oils chosen to complement the experience. The pace is unhurried and the pressure is comfortable, with the intention of allowing the body to settle into a deeply relaxed state while supporting its natural fluid environment.

This is not Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Brazilian lymphatic massage, deep tissue massage, or a focused treatment for a specific musculoskeletal concern. It is a relaxation-focused massage informed by lymphatic principles and designed for those who enjoy a gentler, whole-body approach.

Restorative Head, Face & Scalp Massage
Quiet  •  Grounding  •  Deeply Relaxing

A deeply relaxing treatment focused on the head, face, scalp, neck, shoulders and upper chest.

Gentle massage, lymphatic-informed touch, scalp work and acupressure are combined with essential oils to create a quiet, restorative treatment that encourages circulation, relaxation and a sense of ease throughout the body.

Although the treatment is concentrated around the upper body, its intention is not to treat a specific neck, shoulder or headache complaint. Rather, it offers an opportunity to slow down and experience focused, nurturing touch in areas where many of us carry everyday tension.

Essential oils support the treatment experience, while the massage itself remains at the heart of the session.

Raindrop Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy  •  Warmth  •  Restoration

A deeply relaxing full-body aromatherapy treatment where essential oils take centre stage.

Inspired by the Raindrop approach, this treatment combines the intentional application of essential oils with gentle, flowing massage and warmth. Oils are incorporated throughout the treatment, including along the back and feet, creating a sensory experience designed to encourage deep relaxation and rest.

Unlike my other restorative treatments, where essential oils complement the massage, Raindrop is first and foremost an aromatherapy experience. Massage and warmth provide the setting in which the oils, aromas and therapeutic touch come together.

This is not a deep tissue or problem-focused massage. It is best suited to those who enjoy essential oils and are looking for a slow, aromatic and deeply relaxing treatment experience.

Which treatment is right for me?

Each of these treatments offers a different experience, but they share the same intention: to provide a gentle, deeply relaxing approach to massage that encourages rest, circulation, lymphatic movement, and overall well-being.

Choose the Lymphatic-Informed Full Body Massage if you enjoy gentle, flowing whole-body massage and would like lymphatic principles to be part of your relaxation experience.

Choose the Restorative Head, Face & Scalp Massage if you prefer a quieter, focused treatment centred around the head, face, scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper chest.

Choose the Raindrop Aromatherapy Massage if you love essential oils and would like aromatherapy to be at the centre of your treatment experience. (read more here)

Looking for traditional massage (RMT) therapy?

These restorative treatments are intentionally different from traditional or deep tissue massage. They are not designed as focused treatment for a specific musculoskeletal concern such as low back pain, neck or shoulder pain, or an injury.

If that is the type of massage therapy you are looking for, I have a list of wonderful RMT colleagues who are currently accepting new patients, and I encourage you to connect with one of them HERE.

New to my practice?

New patients are welcome to book any of the restorative treatments described above.

If this sounds like the style of massage you are looking for, please contact me and I would be happy to add you to my online booking platform. From there, you’ll be able to view available appointments and choose the treatment that feels right for you.

Not sure which one to choose? You’re always welcome to reach out. I’m happy to help you decide which treatment best fits the experience you’re looking for.
