the HAPPY + HEALTHY YOU series - a journey toward healing mind, body and spirit


​Series Overview:
This series of four wholistic health workshops is designed to provide a comprehensive approach to self-care that integrates trauma-informed principles with wholistic practices. It aims to promote self-awareness and equip participants with tools to support balance in the body, mind, and spirit.
* The workshops have been created for individuals seeking to explore and understand their stress, fostering a path toward healing, self-awareness and well-being.

Workshop Objectives:
  1. Enhance Self-Awareness: Cultivate a deeper understanding of trauma, stress, and burnout; personal experiences and emotional states.
  2. Empower Self-Regulation: Provide techniques to manage stress and emotional responses.
  3. Promote Wholistic Health: Integrate practices that support physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
  4. Reconnecting with the Wisdom of your Body: Build resilience through practical and sustainable self-care strategies.

  • Understanding your Mindset: Incorporating mindfulness into daily routines to reduce stress and increase presence
  • The Rabbit Hole of Thought Patterns: Recognizing and reframing negative thought patterns.
  • Identifying your Communication Style: Discover how you hear yourself, and how others hear you​
  • Self-Care Tool Kit: Discovering the anatomy of breath, and learning many forms of breathwork for grounding and centring the mind.

WORKSHOP THREE | encouraging a robust immune system
​explore the interconnectedness of our body's rhythms and cycles for balance


  • Immune System Support: understanding the lymphatic system and how to support it​​​
  • Rhythms in the Body: exploring how the circadian, ultradian and infradian rhythms affect our body, and how to best work with them toward balance 
  • Sleep Hygiene: Strategies for improving sleep quality and establishing a restful routine.
  • Self-Care Tool Kit: Gentle mobility exercises to release tension and connect with the body.

​finding your joy, living with balance

​​2 hour class | Workshop Four
WORKSHOP FOUR | nurturing your spirit with self-care
​connecting with nature, your community, and yourself with spiritual care
  • Connecting with Nature: activities that promote grounding andpeace through interaction with the natural world
  • Spiritual Practices: exploring personal beliefs and practices that nurture the spirit, such as prayer, reflection and meditation
  • Community and Support: building a personal and professional wellness circle of support
  • Self-Care Tool Kit: Creating a Sustainable Self-Care Plan that integrates the tools and practices learned.
         + printed handouts and resources

Workshop + Series Format:
  • Duration: Four-workshop series, with sessions lasting 2-2.5 hours.
  • Delivery Method: In-person, or virtual sessions to accommodate various needs. On-demand online series available through LunchBox U.
  • Materials Provided: Work Sheets, graphics, exercises, and other resources to support ongoing practice.

Expected Outcomes:​
  • Increased awareness and understanding of personal trauma and its effects.
  • Improved ability to manage stress and emotional responses.
  • Enhanced physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
  • Practical self-care skills that participants can integrate into their daily lives, personally and professionally.

The Happy + Healthy YOU Series offers learning opportunities to your work staff in a safe, relaxed and familiar environment, focusing on self-care, stress and trauma awareness and balance.

Each workshop of the series can be tailored to the needs and unique situations of the 
of the workplace and it's participants. Bringing a self-care series to the workplace offers your staff a safe, relaxed and familiar environment to take this journey in together.

​Anne can collaboratively assess the needs of the group with the event organizer, and tailor the content and format of the workshops to deliver the most effective experience for everyone at the workplace
