Maisii is a young dog who is progressing well in her training. She is non-shedding and hypoallergenic. She will be in her kennel upon your arrival and will be present in the treatment room during appointments.  Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and that you may occasionally be unable to attend a scheduled appointment. If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a reschedule or cancellation.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee. Appointments missed without any prior notice will be charged the full appointment fee. All cancellation fees are non-refundable.

As a professional courtesy, the first late cancellation or missed appointment may be waived. Acceptable exceptions include illness, family emergency, vehicle failure (first occurrence), or inclement weather, provided notice is given prior to the appointment start time.
