Just a quick note: I have a small schnauzer/poodle (schnoodle) puppy named Maisii at the clinic. She is a puppy in training, born at the end of November 2024. We are working toward her remaining in the treatment room full time (sometimes she will be in a crate in another room) She may be joining us during your appointment as part of her training and adjustment to the clinic environment and clients. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Sometimes life is unpredictable, and there may be times when you are unable to make your scheduled booking. If this happens please contact me as soon as possible to discuss re-scheduling, or cancellation.

  • Appointment cancellations require 24 hours notice before the start of the treatment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be considered No-shows.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours prior to appointment will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
  • No-shows without notice will receive a 100% late cancellation fee. Late cancellation fees are non-refundable.

On first occurrences we will not bill for missed appointments. Every client receives one "professional courtesy" cancellation as a friendly reminder of our policies. Illness, Family Emergency, Vehicle Failure (first occurrence) & Inclement Weather are acceptable reasons to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment. These reasons for cancellation will avoid fees if notified prior to the beginning of treatment.

  • I will never share or provide your client information to any other party without your written consent.
  • Your personal information is stored securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1993.
  • You may access your personal information that I hold by contacting me. I will provide you with a copy of the personal information I keep about you. However, I reserve the right to charge you a reasonable amount for providing copies of any personal information you request, to take into account the time, cost and effort involved.
  • You may request that the personal information I hold about you be corrected by contacting me (at no charge).
  • You may unsubscribe from receiving marketing materials me ([email protected]) at any time.
