Anne Käärid, RMT, Lymphatic Therapist, Educator, Mentor

Hello, I’m Anne!

One thing I hope you'll discover quickly is that I truly love what I do.

It’s a privilege to help patients and fellow professionals deepen their understanding of the body, improve health, and move past challenges that can limit well-being. My work is rooted in care, curiosity, and a belief that with the right knowledge and support, we can all do better ~ and feel better.

Through my journey in massage therapy, lymphatic health, and self-care, I’ve developed a strong passion not only for clinical practice but also in course creation for teaching and mentoring other massage and manual therapists who want to make a meaningful impact.
I’ve worked in Owen Sound, Almonte/Ottawa, and now Wortley Village (London), Ontario, in both private and public settings. Attending—and occasionally speaking at—national and international conferences keeps my practice fresh and informed.

I’m especially passionate about lymphatic health and a collaborative approach to care. My clinical focus is in manual lymphatic drainage for post-surgical care and overall wellness, as well as abdominal and pelvic massage to support women’s and digestive health. I also enjoy integrating aromatherapy to enhance the sensory and healing experience. My mission is to treat lymphatic imbalances, guide people in understanding their bodies, and encourage a deeper connection to self-care that supports body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you're a patient or a fellow practitioner, I’m here to share my knowledge and continue growing together.
"True healing begins
when the body is gently guided back to its natural balance, where it remembers
its own strength, wisdom,
and ability to thrive."

my passion for lymphatics, self-care and education

At heart, I’m a true anatomy and physiology enthusiast—always eager to explore new facets of the human body. I stay current with research in manual therapies, pursue ongoing training, and collaborate with health professionals to continually grow and refine my practice.

A favourite part of my work is sharing that passion through talks and workshops on muscles, movement, and self-care. My aim is to help people better understand their bodies and feel empowered in their health. I’ve presented to audiences ranging from students and conference groups to community organizations and yoga studios, where I also enjoy leading self-care sessions.

There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing people inspired to care for themselves with confidence and curiosity.

My passion for the lymphatic system and for education has led me to develop a specialized training program in manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) designed specifically for Massage and Manual Therapists. This course, called The EluVett Method, serves as a bridge between the foundational training RMTs receive in massage school and the more advanced, clinically intensive programs like those offered by the Vodder School.

There is a growing need—and a meaningful space—for MLD in both clinical and wellness settings. I believe this powerful modality can be taught in a way that equips RMTs to confidently support patients dealing with edema, post-surgical inflammation, and those seeking general health and wellness care.

The EluVett Method is built with the working therapist in mind—practical, accessible, and grounded in both current research and hands-on application. I’ll be offering classes in London, Ontario, and am also available to bring this training directly to clinics and professional groups interested in hosting workshops.

I’m incredibly excited to share this work with my peers and to help elevate the role of MLD within the massage therapy profession. Together, we can expand what’s possible for our clients and continue to grow as skilled, informed, and compassionate practitioners.
