Exhausted?  Stressed?  Feeling Burnt Out?
this course has been made for you.....

As a healthcare worker you play an invaluable role in the lives of those you care for, while taking on many different tasks and responsibilities.
 
As massage therapists we are caregivers, healers, emotional supports and manual therapists. In our field, multi-tasking is the norm.  When work is done, we often take care of our families, loved ones and friends.

​Between work and home, our days consist of juggling many balls at once. 
 
Your exhaustion may go beyond the physical, and it can be very easy to skip self-care.

So many of us are maxing out our energies, and maxing out our schedules – at work and at home.  Although you may be meeting the needs of the people in your practice and in your life, you are missing the joy and personal fulfillment of your own time being well spent. ​
WHAT YOU NEED TO LEARN TO DO IS TO MAKE SOME ROOM FOR SELF-CARE. ​

So why do we do it, and how do we stop?
Well the reasons are many, and as individual as you are. 

 
Through video lectures, worksheets, handouts and mobility exercises, you will discover what those reasons are for you, and how to take care of your time and schedule in a proactively healthy way. Learning to live with a daily self-care practice is a learned discipline. Here you will develop your own awareness and uncover new tools that speak to you personally to help you develop your own robust self-care practice, journal and toolkit. 
The intention of the
Happy + Healthy RMT
is to explore new ideas, offer guidelines, challenge thinking,
and provide a space for awareness of the delicate line
​between balanced and burned out. 
When you embrace your best way to practice self-care, you will find the space to heal, build strength and continue to develop a strong sense of self awareness.  I look forward to guiding you through this journey, and for you to discover and establish a self-care practice that will nurture and replenish your mind, body and spirit.
