Facial Cupping Massage:  aiding with headaches, sinus congestion, and chronic puffiness

Facial cupping is a type of noninvasive therapy generally used to relieve inflammation in the face, sinuses, and muscle tension that may cause headaches. Similar to body cupping, it involves pressing cups on the skin to pull in the surface layer of skin. However, facial cupping uses smaller cups which vary in size, depending on the area of the face on which they are to be used.

Facial cupping has recently become popular on social media as an aesthetic treatment. It s true that the outcomes of the lymphatic work, cupping and gua sha may provide a boost in collagen and skin 'tightening'. However, this treatment addresses the muscles, lymphatic system and acupressure points to promote movement, flow and balance in the soft tissues and structures of the shoulders, neck and head. The aesthetic component is just a plus!

What does treatment look like?

Facial Cupping • Gua Sha • Lymphatic Drainage • Acupressure • Massage

Treatment includes massage to your shoulders, neck, face, ears and scalp.
A full-body lymphatic pump protocol will be performed, and then the treatment will follow.

Laying on your back, your treatment will start with lymphatic drainage of the neck and head. Cupping, Gua Sha and acupressure will be performed (using special Facial cups) to further stimulate the area, and drain lymph and sinuses. The treatment is completed with a relaxing shoulder, neck and faces massage using a combination of healing and relaxing essential oils, and finished with a scalp massage (no oils in hair).
60 minutes
